Initial Consultation and Evaluation
During the initial consultation you will have an opportunity to share with us some details about your business or organization that will help us understand how things are functioning currently. Once we have a good understanding of your current processes and procedures as well as your goals for the future, we will put together a proposal suggesting changes that you should consider making to improve your operation.
There is no charge for this initial consultation and you are under no obligation to use any of the other services that we offer.

Financial Reporting

Financial reports tell you how well your business is doing. Whether it's good news or bad news, you need to understand what these reports are telling you and react accordingly. Each month we will produce the standard financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, etc.), make sure everything is correct, and then highlight areas that you may need attention. If you have established a budget, we will provide a report showing how your actual expenditures compare to the budgeted amounts. Making adjustments to your business each month based on solid financial data will help you reach your yearly and long range goals for your business. Accurate financial reports are also essential for tax preparation and when applying for loans or lines of credit.

Once things are set up we can check over each payroll prior to processing or even help with entering data from time sheets. We can also help with new hire reporting, tax deposits, W-2 and 1099 reporting, child support payments, and other payroll related issues.

If you are starting from scratch and have chosen the accounting software that best suits your business at this time and any third-party apps that you want to be integrated into your system, we can help you get everything installed and working together. If you are already up and running, but would like to upgrade your software, migrate to a different product or integrate a new app, we can help with that too.
